Shipping policy

We send orders by various couriers. All items are generally posted within 3 – 5 business days of receiving payment unless there is an item on backorder or a major sale on. 

When placing an order, you will also need to select a courier. If you have specific requirements, please contact us prior to placing the order to ensure we can accommodate your requirements.

Please note when selecting your preferred carrier that you select the service that is applicable to your business location i.e. sole trader/small business from a residential address MUST choose a residential service and for commercial addresses MUST choose a commercial service. Failing to select the correct service will incurr additional fees.

Cheaper Shipping Tips!

Our shipping calculators are linked directly to couriers' servers so the rate you see is the rate you would be charged over the counter. 

  • As the freight calculators are weight-based you can ensure that you are getting the "best bang for your buck" by adding or removing items from your cart. 
  • Add or subtract items to your cart at checkout and after changing the number of items you may notice the shipping charges fall or rise.

We do not send internationally.

Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure that particular products are able to be imported to your state (particularly seeds to Tasmania and WA).  We do not provide quarantine clearance so if products are seized and destroyed or otherwise treated we will not accept any liability.

Once the item has been posted we are unable to take responsibility for the time it takes for you to receive your item, especially if you live in a regional area.  If you require an item urgently please contact us prior to placing the order. 

If you buy multiple items, the shipping will be automatically calculated. If you are ordering a large number of items, the shipping calculator will be a guide but please contact us for a freight quote on bulk orders.

Once orders are finalised and paid we are unable to amend them.  If you have forgotten to order something you can place an additional order to ship with the first one but we do not adjust the shipping charge as there is additional work required by our warehouse staff to match up and combine orders.
