The recommended serving size is 1 teaspoon

Ingredients: Buckwheat, Pepitas, Chili, Coconut, Wheat Sticks, Sunflower, Buckwheat Crisps, Star Anise, Rolled Oats, Parsley, Hemp, Apple, Blueberries, Paw Paw, Currents, Almonds, Brazil Nuts, Walnuts, Cashews, Pine Nuts. Puffed Buckwheat, Brown Rice, Quinoa. Ingredients are seasonal and may not be present.
